The Sales & Marketing Council (SMC) is comprised of nearly 300 members engaged in areas of sales and marketing of new home construction. Whether you're a Realtor, onside sales agent, product supplier or designer the SMC offers programs and opportunities to elevate your business and professional career. In 2018 the council was named "Sales & Marketing Council of the Year" by the National Sales & Marketing Council. This prestigious award exemplifies the superior value of the council's membership.

Why join the SMC?

The council provides monthly and bi-monthly meetings and programs for industry professionals to exchange ideas, network and learn new selling techniques. The council honors the best work of marketing, design and sales professionals in Tampa Bay’s building industry through the Awards of Excellence event in November. Members will receive subsidized costs to programs and events and access to member-exclusive opportunities. A membership with the Tampa SMC also gives you access to the Florida SMC and the National SMC benefits. Charity & Community Outreach

From building a tiny house with the students at St. Petersburg High School to building 4,000 peanut butter and jelly sandwiches for those in need in our community, the Sales & Marketing Council is passionate about its charity and community outreach.

Get Involved

Board of Director meetings are held on the 1st Thursday of each month from 8:45 AM to 9:30 AM virtually. All members of the SMC are encouraged to attend the monthly board meetings. These meetings are a great opportunity to learn more about the council and engage directly with the leadership.
